HaloKwadrat is proud of its support capabilities.  We are probably one of the few companies with such extensive knowledge of Hardware & Software in the Open Source Telephony Space and we will do our best to support you free of charge in succesfully installing the following products purchased at HaloKwadrat or assisting you in obtaining appropriate level of support from our suppliers:

Hardware

Sangoma:  a100, a200, a400, a500, b600, b700

Patton:  SmartNode Series VoIP gateways

Polycom: IP Phones 

Software

Asterisk Open Source PBX, trixbox, FreeSWITCH, Yate, SMG, NetBorder, CallWeaver, sipXecs

Once you become our partner you will get access to our Support Center where email, chat or remote access will be used to diagnose and solve your problems.  

Full Support & RMA procedures are available in our sales portal called TIP

RMA 

In case it turns out your hardware is faulty we will ship replacement hardware within 3 days of receiving your RMA and will handle the RMA with the manufacturer without your involvement.  Please note that in order for us to accept the RMA the problem has to be first reported to our Support Center, as frequently, it turns out that suspected fault is a configuration issue.
