A complete product range

Sangoma has the most complete product portfolio which includes a100 PRI cards (1-8 ports), the a200 and a400 modular analog cards (up to 24 ports) as well as modular a500 BRI cards (up to 24 ports).  All cards are available in either PCI-X or PCI-e format with or without echo cancellation.   In addition Sangoma recently introduced an inexpensive range of non-modular analog cards under the B600 as well as hybrid FlexBRI range which combines analog and BRI ports.  All cards are 2U form factor making them ideal for compact servers.

Unrivalled Quality

Sangoma splits the card telephony interface from the PC interface.  This may seem a technical detail but it results in all PCI issues being solved for all card models at once.  Sangoma's primary competitor uses different PCI designs for different cards and hence experiences different set of problems resulting in higher RMA and even product recalls.  This is just one of the many design superiorites of Sangoma hardware resulting from over 20 years experience in the traditional data card market.  This certainty about the quality results in the only LIFE WARRANTY policy in this market. 

Cross Platform Compatibility

There are many open source and commercial computer based telephony systemys running on Linux or Windows.  Sangoma is unique in this business in offering hardware that can be used natively with Asterisk, FreeSwitch, Yate, CallWeaver.  With the addition of NetBorder Express software, sangoma cards can be used with virtually any Linux or Windows based SIP compliant telephony engine.  Thus the message is:  Change your software not your hardware! 

Industry Leadership

Digium often accuses Sangoma of free-riding on the Digium developed Asterisk.  This clearly omits a very important fact, Asterisk has been developed to a large extent by community contributions who are all beneficiaries of competition between Digium and Sangoma.  And as we show in this article it has been Sangoma that's been leading the hardware development for years to the benefit of integrators and customers around the world.
